The space has been cleaned, the movies have been made and the city has been built! Well done Stage 3. Mrs Worthington The demand for houses has continued to grow. The team have been working extremely hard over the past week building a variety of Eco-friendly houses. The teams have been furiously designing, collaborating, problem solving & building the many houses needed for the residential area of Eden. Inner City today met and decided the fate of one particular building agreeing that it did not meet the project brief. It's this type of problem solving that brings learning closer to the "real world" Tom is particularly excited about the airport. He is excited about finalising the approach lights for the runway, but will need to negotiate with the National Parks & Wildlife team about using some of their land. He is also excited about finalising the airport terminal by the end of today. We had a small team of students continue with the sign-making for our city. The students were creative as they incorporated key concepts in their design. The signs reflect; Environmental Responsibility, Community and Systainability. The team has been hard at work finalising street signs, adding traffic lights and ensuring safety signs are evident throughout the city. |
